  • Delivery includes the following:
    -Opening the tables
    -Bringing the chairs where needed, but not opening them
    -We will hand you any linens
    -Setting up any tents

  • Rental protection is mandatory.

    Rental protection protects against minor dings and scratches. Cover the cleaning and disinfecting after usage. Without it there is a high chance a cleaning or repair fee will be charged. Which will most likely be more than the rental protection. For any more information regarding Rental Protection please look at our Terms and Conditions.

  • We offer one consultation towards each event. The price for the consultation is $75 and it goes towards the rental items if you book your event with Altair Event Rentals. However, if you choose not to proceed with Altair Event Rentals then a $75 fee will be charged.
